Jaron&Amann has launched the AI-based Communication Analytics Board, or CAB for short, in collaboration with the Bonn-based company Stockpulse, a leading provider of sentiment analysis.
The great number of social media channels make it difficult for communicators, marketing, and compliance departments to stay on top of emerging topics and trends which might have an impact on their company, be it positive or negative. To match the social web’s virality and speed, Eschborn-based communications agency Jaron&Amann developed its AI-based CAB.
The product was developed in a joint effort with strategic partner Stockpulse, a leading provider of sentiment analysis. It crawls various social media channels, online media, and forums via AI to track the emergence of new topics and trends, enabling communications and marketing departments to monitor developments on the social web in real time. The CAB thus acts as an early warning system for companies, identifying critical topics and image boosting opportunities at an early stage, which in turn facilitates an optimal communicative response.
“AI applications are becoming increasingly important in corporate communications. Our cooperation partner Stockpulse is a pioneer in the field of sentiment analysis. In combining our abilities as trusted advisors to communicators, we can ensure that the AI-powered data we jointly provide is of the highest quality and offers decision makers a solid foundation,” said Hubert Amann, co-founder and partner at Jaron&Amann.
His partner Kimon Diamantoglou added: “Our new CAB offers a wide range of possible uses to companies, for communications and marketing departments as well as for compliance. Its high-quality data paints a quick and precise picture of company-specific sentiment in social media. Based on this information, users can react quickly to develop or adapt their communication strategies accordingly, and we at Jaron&Amann can assist in an advisory capacity.”
Stockpulse CEO Dr Stefan Nann on the added value of his company’s expertise combined with the industry knowledge of Jaron&Amann: “We have taken our time in the decision to open our sentiment data to reputation management and brand communications. We are all the more pleased to have found a partner in Jaron&Amann who immediately recognized the significance and potential of our data.”
